Our event planning services start with taking the time to understand what you really want. We will cover every detail, connect you with the right vendors, and make sure you have an event to remember. Planning an event is only part of the process. Our staff will make sure that everything goes smoothly with your event. Our experience allows us to anticipate possible problems or roadblocks and manage them before they happen, leaving you free to enjoy your event.
If you have questions about an event that you are planning, we can help with that as well. We offer consultations on venue contracts, scheduling, and permitting.
Suzie's Party Planning is located at the Old Legion Theatre in Champlain, NY. We have full use of the building for any of your event needs. The building is handicap accessible, offers a large event space that seats 160 people comfortably, restrooms, onsite parking, and a full kitchen. You may choose to hold your event in our event space, or we can help you choose and book a venue of your choice.
As part of our planning services, we are happy to help with accommodations for guests. This includes finding local lodging for out-of-town guests, providing highchairs for young children, and special equipment such as canes or walkers.
Suzie's Party Planning has the ability to create the perfect invitations for your event as well as decorations and party favors. We also have great relationships with outside vendors if there is a preference or need for something we cannot create for you, to ensure that you are provided with exactly what you need and want.
Whether we plan your full event or not, we are available to make all your cake dreams come true, no matter the flavor, shape or theme.
